Ham Casserole

With macaroni, tomato sauce, milk, and cheese.

From the box of L.R. from Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Ham Casserole (Bea Snow)

1-1/2 qts. of water; add 1-1/2 tsp. salt.

Add 4 oz. macaroni when water boils. Cook according to instructions and drain.

In mixing bowl, add to macaroni:

  • 1 c. chopped ham
  • 1 c. cheese
  • 2 tsp. scraped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 c. of milk
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of pepper

Mix and place in flat casserole.

Oven: 350 deg. for 30 minutes.
