Breakfast Casserole

Sausage, hash browns, cheese and eggs.

Breakfast Casserole

1 pkg. crescent rolls (press into pan for crust)
1 cup hash browns (cook a little to soften in microwave)
1 cup sharp grated cheese (cheddar)
1 lb. sausage–brown, drain
5 eggs (I used 1 box Egg Beaters (4 [oz.]) plus 2 real eggs)
1/4 cup milk (may use evaporated milk)
Also, some sweet Vidalia onion.
Salt and pepper.

To freeze: bake 350 — 15 minutes.

To cook at the time: 350-375 deg. — 25 minutes.

10″ quiche pan.

Mix sausage, hash browns, and cheese. Mix eggs with milk, whip and pour over! (I mixed all–just pat crescent rolls into deep pie pan.)

To freeze, I used little oven on 300 deg. for 15 minutes. I sprinkled paprika on top after taking out of oven.
