Sausage-Cheese Roll-Ups

With a biscuit crust.

Sausage-Cheese Roll-Ups

Milk (to make the Bisquick)
Sharp cheddar]

Roll out Bisquick (follow directions on box) in rectangle 1/4″ thick.

Pinch off sausage and spread over Bisquick. Cover with sharp cheddar (grated).

Roll up like jelly roll. Slice about 1/2″. Bake 400 deg. — 20 minutes.
