Three Spice Chicken

3 Spice Chicken

40 appetizers (or serves 6)

  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 t. paprika
  • 1/2 t. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 c. H20
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 t. onion powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned–cut into 1″ x 1 1/2″ pieces.

Heat oil to 375 deg. Combine flour and seasonings in shallow bowl. Add egg — H20 — blend well. Dip chicken — fry about 4 min.

Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
