Rice Loaf With Mustard Sauce

With turkey or chicken.

Rice Loaf With Mustard Sauce

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 c. cooked rice
3 c. diced turkey or chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 large can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. MSG (Accent)
1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Mix eggs and milk. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased casserole about 1 hour (350 deg.) until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes and serve with mustard sauce.

Serves 4-6.

Mustard Sauce

1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. diced pimento

Combine, heat, and pour over loaf.
