Stuffed Shrimp

Stuffed with Ritz and Parmesan.

From a box sold in East Moline, Illinois.

Stuffed Shrimp

3 jumbo shrimp per person; remove vein on back and butterfly
1/4 to 1/3 cup crushed Ritz crackers per person
about 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese per person mix with crumbs

Sprinkle shrimp with garlic powder. Cover with crumb mixture.

Pour over about 2 Tbsp. margarine per person.

Bake at 375 deg. for 20 minutes.
