Lasagne per Mary Ferraiola

With cream cheese and jarred sauce.

Lasagne per Mary Ferraiola

  1. 2 bars cream cheese–put in freezer for about 1/2 hour.
  2. Italian sausage, mild, reg. [?] 1 circle. Cook and let get cold in fridge so it will slice thinly.
  3. Ragu or whichever brand.
  4. Cook 1 box of noodles–spray pan.
  5. Layer above with mozzarella cheese in-between and on top.
