Lipton Chopped Beef Stroganoff

With onion soup mix.

Lipton Chopped Beef Stroganoff

  • 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • 2 Tablespoons canned tomato paste (2 to 4 Tablespoons)
    (1 can tomato sauce + 2 Tablespoons of ketchup)

  • 2-1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

In large skillet, stir meat until browned. Blend in Onion Soup mix, flour, and tomato pate. Stir in water; simmer covered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve on noodles. — 1 16 oz. bag. Also, add soy sauce, Accent, and Kitchen Bouquet.

4 to 6 servings.
