Clam Casserole

Using saltines.

Which is good, because they stopped making Royal Crown Pilot crackers a few years back–at least, under that name.

Clam Casserole

2 cans minced or chopped clams and juice
Try 15 saltines–if too moist add a few more–crush
1/4 cup margarine
1-1/4 to 1-1/2 cups milk
2 beaten eggs

40 minutes — 350 deg. oven.

Jane, the recipe calls for 10 Royal Crown Pilot crackers–but they are more expensive than saltines (we buy saltless saltines) so I substituted.
