Beef And Potato Casserole

With sliced cheese and tomato soup.

[Beef And Potato Casserole]

Boil about 8 potatoes and 2 or 3 onions just about 15 minutes. They should be just starting to get tender.

Put them in the bottom of a casserole dish. Put salt and pepper on them. Then take 1 lb. of hamburger and put pieces on top of it.

Then cover with cheese slices and a can of tomato soup. You don’t need any liquid.

Cook about 30 minutes at 350 deg. It’s good! And inexpensive.
