Stuffed Shells

Or meatloaf.

Stuffed Shells

2 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
3 eggs
1 pkg. veg. soup mix

Optional: add spinach drained well. Can be used in meatloaf. Top with tomato sauce.

Mix all together. Cook shells almost done. Then stuff shells. Pour tomato sauce over them. Take mozzarella [I think?] cheese and Romano cheese and spread over top. Cook on low 1/2 hour then serve.
