Sherried Blue Cheese Dip

With horseradish and cream cheese.
From a box sold in San Antonio, Texas.

Sherried Blue Cheese Dip

1 pkg. (8-oz.) cream cheese (softened)
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1 T. grated onion
2 T. prepared white horseradish
2 T. dry sherry
2 T. milk
2 T. chopped parsley

Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, grated onion, horseradish, sherry and milk in electric blender container; blend until smooth. Stir in parsley.

Chill 1 hour or until serving time. Serve with fresh vegetables and crackers.

Makes 1-2/3 c. dip.
