Chicken Chablis
3 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. chives
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. stock chikie [chicken stock?]
8 oz. noodles
- Boil chicken 35 minutes. Remove skin and bones.
- Cook noodles.
- Mix everything else. Heat through but don’t boil.
