With lemon juice and butter.
From a box sold in Nampa, Idaho.
1 (7 oz.) can solid light tuna, drained
1 large egg, slightly beaten
small onion, finely grated (2 Tbsp. & juice)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Mix together tuna, egg, onion, lemon juice, and pepper. Add enough crumbs (about 2 Tbsp.) so mixture holds together. Shape into 8 patties. Roll in bread crumbs. In a skillet with hot butter slowly fry patties until hot through and browned, turning once. Makes 4 servings.
