Salmon Casserole

From ingredients you can find at most drug stores.

I do think the card says “little oven” and not “little over,” but I could be wrong.

Salmon Casserole — My Recipe

1 can or 2 cans, drained; skin and debone.

Add:

  • Egg Beaters
  • Jiffy Biscuit Mix
  • Milk
  • Small amount of mild salsa
  • Dehydrated onion

Stir. Place in sprayed casserole and bake. Use judgment for time. Oven about 325 to 350 deg. (Little oven, probably 350 deg.)
