Salmon Casserole — My Recipe
1 can or 2 cans, drained; skin and debone.
Add:
- Egg Beaters
- Jiffy Biscuit Mix
- Milk
- Small amount of mild salsa
- Dehydrated onion
Stir. Place in sprayed casserole and bake. Use judgment for time. Oven about 325 to 350 deg. (Little oven, probably 350 deg.)
