Easy Beef Stroganoff

With canned soup and dried onion soup mix.

Easy Beef Stroganoff

Place in an oven-proof casserole 2 pounds beef cubes cut into small pieces. Add:

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4-1/2 oz.) can undrained mushroom pieces
  • 1 package dried onion soup mix

Mix all ingredients together. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 3-1/2 to 4 hours. Add 2 Tablespoons sherry.

Serve over hot buttered noodles.
