Holiday Apricot Chicken

And a clipped recipe for “Chinese-noodle chicken” that was taped to the card.

From a box sold in Columbiaville, Michigan.

Holiday Apricot Chicken (as written on the card)
Chicken breast
Apricot preserves
1 envelope onion soup
Russian dressing (or use orange marmalade + french dressing)

Preheat oven to 350 deg.

Brown chicken very slowly.

While browning heat preserves, soup mix + dressing.

Pour over chicken in a covered casserole.

Cook 1 hr., or until tender. Watch. Don’t let burn.
