Pizza Dough

No clue what “dry leaf powder” is supposed to be. Thoughts?

From a box sold in San Antonio, Texas.

Pizza Dough

A:

  • 3/4 c. 105 deg. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dry leaf powder
  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 1 T. olive oil

B:
3-1/2 to 3-3/4 c. bread flour (Pillsbury)

  1. Mix (A) in bowl to proof.
  2. Add (B) — a little at a time–and make a dough ball in the usual way.
  3. Let rise until doubled, about 40-50 minutes. Form pizza, put on toppings and let rise again (15 to 20 minutes).
  4. Bake pizza at 425 for about 15-18 minutes.

To freeze–let bake for 9 minutes. Cool and then freeze.
