Pumpkin Pie

From a box sold in San Antonio, Texas.

Pumpkin Pie

2 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups evaporated milk
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
4 eggs (well beaten)

Mix above ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Heat oven at 475 for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 400 and bake slowly for 45 minutes.
