Broiled Chicken For One

With tarragon.

From a box sold in East Moline, Illinois.

Broiled Chicken For One

1/4 c. lime or lemon or part dry wine
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. tarragon
1/2 (1 to 1-1/2 lb.) chicken

Combine marinade and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Place chicken on rack 4 to 6 inches from heat. Cook and baste frequently till brown. Turn and broil and baste for 40 minutes. (May need to reduce heat.)
