1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1-1/2 Tbsp. lowfat mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1 green onion, chopped fine
5 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill, or 2 Tbsp. dried
Blend all in blender.
