French Fried Shrimp

There’s a sweet and sour sauce recipe on the back.

From a box sold in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

French Fried Shrimp

Fresh raw shrimp

Batter for 2 lbs. shrimp:
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

Stir up.

3 eggs, beaten; add to above.
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 cup ice water

Dip shrimp in batter and fry a few minutes until brown.
