Barbecue Sauce

East Carolina style, with a little Buffalo too.

Eastern North Carolina is (in)famous for its vinegar-based barbecue sauce. While this is, indeed, tomato-free, the butter makes it almost closer to a buffalo wing sauce than anything.

Barbecue Sauce

1 stick butter
1/2 pint of vinegar
Red pepper and black
1/4 cup lemon juice
salt
garlic
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
