Teriyaki Salmon

Teriyaki Salmon

1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. grated fresh ginger
1 lb. salmon steaks

Mix soy sauce and ginger together in plastic food storage bag. Marinate salmon at least 30 minutes.

Broil salmon in oven, 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
