Tofu Loaf

I’m sure it’s tastier than the name suggests.

From a box sold in Chicago, Illinois.

Tofu Loaf

1-1/2 cups or 1/2 square tofu
1/2 package frozen corn
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. McKay’s chicken-style seasoning
2 Tbsp. oil

Drain tofu on paper towel to remove excess moisture. Put in mixing bowl and mash with spoon. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Turn into greased baking dish. Do not pack down but arrange gently in dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake about 40 minutes in moderate oven–350 deg.
