Macaroni and Cheese Bake

Macaroni and Cheese Bake

1-1/2 c. scalded milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 teaspoon slat
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 beaten eggs
1 c. cooked 7 min. macaroni

Pour scaled milk over soft bread crumbs. Stir in onion, pimento. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper.

Add beaten eggs. Add cooked macaroni. Fill a greased baking dish. Bake 50 minutes. Heat 1 10-1/2 oz. cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 c. milk. Sprinkle parsley.
