Teriyaki Sauce

Shake like mad.

From a box sold in San Antonio, Texas.

Teriyaki Sauce

3/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Put all ingredients in print fruit jar. Shake like mad. Pour over meat for at least four hours. Better if left for 24 hours. Keep turning meat.

I usually use one green onion. Use the green top.

This is delicious over flank steak or roast. You may cook meat in oven. Better on bar-b-que pit. Heat remaining sauce.
