Jalapeno Jelly
Use rubber gloves when chopping and seeding jalapenos. Do not touch face.
1/2 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded
1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped and seeded
1-1/2 cups vingar
5-1/2 cups sugar
1 bottle pectin
Cook peppers, vinegar, and sugar 10 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before putting in jars. Seal. Makes 6 1/2 pts.
