Pineapple Shake

With nonfat dry milk.

From a box sold in Nampa, Idaho.

Pineapple Shake

1 (8 oz.) serving = 57 cal.

1/2 c. cold water
2 ice cubes
1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. artificial sweetener
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
2 drops yellow food coloring
1-1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
2 ice cubes [yes, again–total 4]

Blender: combine water, 2 ice cubes, nonfat dry milk, lemon juice, artificial sweetener, lemon extract, and coloring. Blend 45 seconds or until frothy.

Add pineapple juice and remaining ice cubes–1 at a time–and blend 45 seconds or until thick.
