Ham Breakfast Rolls

Made with Graham flour.

Ham Breakfast Rolls

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp. salt

Sift into a bowl and add:

One cup Graham flour
1 Tbsp. sugar

Work in shortening size of egg;
1 scant cup milk

Roll out about 1/4 inch thick and spread with 1 cup cooked ham that has been mixed up with egg. Roll up as a jelly roll and cut into rolls one inch thick. Lay on greased tin and bake 20 minutes.
