Foil Baked Swordfish

With lemon and margarine.

From a box sold in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Foil Baked Swordfish

1 lb. swordfish
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion salt
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt

Lay swordfish in foil. Put melted margarine, lemon juice, and salt on fish. Seal foil at edges.

Bake in 400 deg. oven for 20 minutes. Test to see if fish can be separated with knife.

Serve with lemon slices.
