Graham Pudding

With nutmeg and tapioca.

From a box sold in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Graham Pudding

2 Tbsp. tapioca
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup rolled Graham crackers
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 cups scalded milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg, well beaten

Add tapioca, sugar, Graham crackers to milk and cook in double boiler 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add raisins, vanilla, margarine, lemon juice, and nutmeg.

Pour small amount of tapioca mixture over egg. Pour into greased baking dish and bake in 350 deg. oven 30 minutes.
