Barbecued Pork Chops

With ketchup and mustard.

Barbecued Pork Chops

4 pork chops
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp. salad mustard
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste

Place pork chops in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over and bake about one hour at 350 degrees.
