Cranberry Ice
1 qt. cranberries
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
Juice of 2 lemons
Cook berries in water for 8 minutes, then put through sieve. Add lemon juice and sugar and stir until dissolved. Put in ice tray and stir twice.
