Notri’s Garlic Chicken
1 frying chicken, cut up
5 fresh garlic cloves, chopped
whole leaf sage
whole le corn oil
salt and pepper
Rinse and dry chicken. Rub chicken with garlic. With sharp knife, make small punctures in chicken about 2 inches apart and stuff whole cloves and sage.
Salt and pepper and place in a shallow baking pan. Brush chicken with corn oil and place in preheated 350 deg. [oven] for 1-1/2 hours.
