Poached Halibut or Flounder

Sorry for the light updates today. Technical difficulties.

From a box sold in Martinez, California.

Halibut — Flounder

Cover fish with paper, poach; turn when white.

Turn fire off and let sit couple of minutes and take out of pot. Boil to reduce poaching water.

Add chopped tomatoes, a couple of fresh basil leaves, butter, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Pour over fish.
