Coconut Lemon Cookies
Cream 1 c. butter and 1/2 c. sugar. Add 2 eggs well beaten. Beat mixture well. Add 4 Tbsp. of milk, 2 Tbsp. of chopped coconut, 1 tsp. of lemon extract and 4 c. of flour sifted with 3 tsp. of baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt.
Roll out on a floured board. Cut out and place on a greased pan.
Bake in moderate oven 15 minutes.
