Parmesan Parsley Sauce
1/3 c. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. spaghetti
3/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Melt butter in small saucepan; add garlic and simmer until butter is lightly browned. Pour over spaghetti. Add parsley and cheese. Toss well; serve with additional cheese if desired. Makes 4 servings.
