Peanut Butter Crisscross Cookies
1/2 cup of shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1-1/4 cups of flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Mix shortening, peanut butter, sugar, egg together. Blend in flour, soda, baking powder, salt.
Bake at 375 deg. 10 to 12 minutes.
