Cottage Pie
Method:
Butter a baking dish; put on a thin layer of mashed potatoes. Add a layer of cold meat. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper and moisten it with gravy.
Put a thin layer of mashed potatoes on top and bake in oven until heated through.
Baked Macaroni with Cheese
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c. of macaroni
1/2 c. of grated cheese
1-1/2 c. of crumbs
Method:
Put a layer of boiled macaroni into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle it with salt and pepper and add the rest of the cheese and cover the top with crumbs. Bake in a moderate oven until cheese melts and until crumbs are browned.
