Meat Loaf

Beef, pork, and possibly poultry seasoning.

The back of the recipe looks like a snippet from a church newsletter, but I couldn’t find the text in search engines.

Meat Loaf

1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork (loin)
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. diced onions
1/4 c. diced celery
2 eggs
1/2 [Tbsp?] [poultry seasoning?]

Bake 1 [hour] at 400 deg. or down to 1-1/2 [hours] 325 deg.
