Perfect Pie Crust
4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1-3/4 c. vegetable shortening (not lard, butter, margarine or oil)
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
Janice’s Pie Crust (2)
3 c. flour
1-1/4 c. shortening
Beat 1 egg.
Add:
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. ice water
