Chocolate Nut Brownies

Using dark chocolate.

From a box sold in Nampa, Idaho.

Chocolate Nut Brownies

10-1/2 x 15-1/2 inch pan

Melt together:

  • 2-1/2 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 cup butter
  • 6 oz. dark chocolate

Add:

  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup pecan or macadamia nut pieces

Blend well together.

Pour in 10-1/2 x 15-1/2 inch pan, lined with parchment paper. Bake in oven for 1 hour at 350 deg.

Allow to cool.

Glaze with fudge: heat 1 cup heavy cream, add 13 oz. dark chocolate, stir until completely melted.
