Peanut Butter Pie
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
1 (4 oz.) container non-dairy whipped topping
1 prepared 9-inch Graham cracker crust
Optional: chopped peanuts for garnish.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended. Add peanut butter and milk and mix well. Fold in whipped topping and pour into pie crust. Refrigerate overnight.
I have similar recipe calls for 1 8oz pkg of cream cheese, 1 1pound box confectioners sugar, 1 cup creamy pnut butter. 1 container cool-whip, 1tsp vanilla and prepared pie crust (2 extra slice size).
Blend cr cheese and powdered sugar until creamy, add pnut butter and blend well; add vanilla, blend, then blend in cool whip until well blended and pour into pie shell. Chill until set well
