Cheese Ice Box Cake
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-o
1/2 cup boiling water (pour over and let cool)
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 cup whipped cream
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Put in double boiler. When cool, add.
Crust
2-1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
Line springform.
