Beer Buns

A good use for leftover beer from the night before.

From the box of Evia Marie Sands of Louisville, Kentucky.

Beer Buns

2 cups Bisquick
2 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 cup beer

Stir together Bisquick and sugar. Then stir in beer just till moistened. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups. Let stand 15 minutes. Bake at 400 deg., 18 minutes, till tops are golden brown.
