Apricot & Pineapple Dessert
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
2 (4-3/4 oz.) jars strained apricot baby food
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
chopped pecans
Combine pineapple and gelatin in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add sugar, baby food, and cream cheese. Mix well.
Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Chill.
