Potato Slices With Cheese

In a crock pot.

From a box sold in East Moline, Illinois.

Potato Slices With Cheese

5 large baking potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
2 cups shredded mild cheese
salt
pepper
nutmeg
1 cup broth, any kind
butter or margarine

In buttered crock pot, alternate layers potatoes and cheese, lightly seasoning potatoes with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Finish with cheese.

Dot with butter. Gently pour broth over all. Cover.

Bake 3 hours on high. Remove cover; bake 15 minutes more.

Serve from crock!
