Company Cabbage With Pecans
1 tsp. instant bouillon
1/4 c. water (heat and combine)
5 c. coarse shredded cabbage
1 c. coarse shredded carrots
1/2 c. sliced green onion
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. prepared mustard
paprika
Add vegetables and 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1/2 tsp. salt to bouillon mix.
Cook over medium heat 5-10 minutes till tender, stirring once. Drain if necessary.
Combine butter, pecans, and mustard and toss. Sprinkle with paprika.
