Pecan Frosting

With molasses and half and half.

From a box sold in River Forest, Illinois.

Pecan Frosting

1/2 cup butter
4 cups confectioners sugar
2 Tablespoons light molasses
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup half and half

Cream together butter, confectioners sugar, and molasses. Stir in pecans. Add enough half and half for spreading consistency.
